Fangraphs does project the Yankees to allow slightly fewer runs than the Sox. It projects them both to average 5.23 R/G on offense.

BP also projects the Yankees to give up 12 fewer runs, but also projects the Yankees to score 61 more runs than the Sox. PECOTA's pretty pessimistic on the Red Sox offense.
