Just finished making homemade buffalo sauce for my wings later
I've never made it before...I used a homemade habanero pepper sauce and butter, vinegar, cayenne, some salt and pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Hoping it turns out good...my mouth and nose hurt last night from accidentally touching them after cutting the habanerosTime to knock the dust off the N flag

Easy, soak wings in buttermilk for hours, toss in seasoned flour, fry, then sauce the crap outta them. @Tomhusker - try tossing in garlic butter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese at the end..Making wings is something I have never mastered.
