Just got the chili put together in the crock pot. It'll never make it to game time. Wifezilla will be making apple butter later on.

I love football season.

I've never made it before...I used a homemade habanero pepper sauce and butter, vinegar, cayenne, some salt and pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Hoping it turns out good...my mouth and nose hurt last night from accidentally touching them after cutting the habaneros

Shit, I thought I was being brave when I went out to the garden and got one jalapeño and cut that up for my chili.
I started using chipotle pepper powder - gives my chili a smoky flavor and adds heat.

I never developed the taste for buffalo sauce. When I do wings I either grill them or deep fry them. Plain. I love the flavor of chicken with just a touch of salt.

Easy, soak wings in buttermilk for hours, toss in seasoned flour, fry, then sauce the crap outta them. @Tomhusker - try tossing in garlic butter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese at the end..
