I'd go with Jordan cause you know he's gonna be able to push off and not get called for it ![yes  ](/images/smilies/yes.gif)

He's the greatest basketball player ever. Period.
Maybe so, but that is two different debates. He never beat a "GREAT" team in the finals or any other playoff series. Sad for him, but the NBA sucked when he he hit his prime............unless you're a fan of the "clear out one side of the court for some one on one action".
Jordan has highest career PER in the post season close to 29, has higher % on last 2 minute attempts, has the highest buzzer beater effeciency at 50%.
Just to empahsise this, his last 30 seconds as a Bull...his team down by 3 against the Jazz, he scored a clutch drive, cut the lead to 1, then did a clutch steal in the other end, then shot for a 1 point lead in the dying seconds that won the 98 NBA finals and got them the 2nd 3peat. Then he retired after that (although he did come back after 3 years as a 38/39 year old).
Let that sink in. if that happened today, kids will be blown out of there mind. But i guess they can only judge what they see now.
Jordan was one of the main reasons NBA was close to or level with Baseball as the 2nd sport in America at the time....over 75million ppl on tv watched the 98 finals all because of Jordan. Today you are lucky to get 20 million.
Oooh, he beat the Jazz! I'm impressed.
when were you born? Utah Jazz was 62-20 that year. Karl Malone would have 2 rings and would be the greatest PF if it wasn't for Jordan. John Stockton is the all time greatest assist and steals.
Whatever your smoking...butt it out
Really that's all you got?Yes, defending the pick and roll is such an arduous task.![]()
Really that's all you got?
LOL
In game 7's there is Magic Johnson and there is everyone else.
Iverson?![]()
Why are you pretending to be some kind of NBA savant? The Jazz were never ever going to be considered a historically great team because they were a one trick pony.
The Showtime Lakers, the Bird, Parrish, McHale Celtics, the Bad Boys in Detroit and Andrew Toney's 76ers stole Jordan's lunch money every year until they got very old and he finally got his day in the sun against some weak ass shit named the Jazz.
Did i compare them to those teams? You're getting desperate.
the 96/97 (64-18) and 97/98 (62-20) Jazz is arguably the greatest team that never won a chip and have arguably 2 top 10 players of all time (modern era).
But you just dismiss them just as a scrub team :S
Smoke another one Scooter. Stockton and Malone do not comprise a "GREAT TEAM" nor are they top 10 all time in the modern era and you should probably defer to your dad or some uncles who were alive back then.![]()
Gotta love the Nuevo Warrior fans. All of a sudden they are baxetball experts.![]()
