As an OU fan, I must say, this game sucks. I would have much preferred to play a LSU or Florida .. some "SEC power" ...

Nothing against, aTm.. don't hate them or anything... just we've seen this show for 16+ years. A change would have been nice...

The problem with aTm is that you always seem to find a way to lose to UT... just like last year. You could have gone out on a high, and instead, left with UT's footprint...

A good friend of mine is an aTm alumn, so we watch some of the games together (when they don't conflict with OU of course) .. and I have to say, Johnny is the real deal -- I knew he was the first part of the season. The media was just too busy trying to give the championship to Alabama and the Heisman to Matt B ... they didn't check out the fact that aTm had something going.

Too bad they had to beat Alabama for the media to take notice.

My only fear with A&M is the second half. Not sure if we need better conditioning or what, but we always jump to massive early leads and then don't score in the second half nor can we stop anyone. So we better by up by 35 at half, or we will lose.

With this offense, we would be another also ran up there near the top. I think we could have still done well, it isn't like we had any big OOC games most years in the Big12 anyways. I don't think we would go undefeated, but I think we could have competed for the conf title.
