I think we all agree that if it doesn't work out this time, Mr. Perlman should see the door.

My gut instinct is that this one is going to work out.

But this is 3 hires in a row now that Perlman has just nodded his head and said, "sounds good to me" without even looking into it.

Luckily, this time I believe we have one of the smartest AD's in the country. I think 2 years from now they'll be talking on Disney about what an insanely genius hire this was.

Perlman knows as much about sports as I know about radioactive isotopes. Why would you want the stamp of approval from a pencil pushing, numbers crunching nerd who couldn't tell a first down from downtown?
