that team was certainly playing to it potential on the last part of the season. very exciting team built. hope the goaltending stays healthy

I would prefer for DP to retire. It won't happen though. Poulin will be ready for training camp. So it's going to be interesting to see what they do. If DP is healthy I imagine they would have him & Montoya with the big club. With Koskinen, Poulin & hopefully Anders Nilsson fighting it out in Bridgeport. The Islanders have until the day before the draft to sign Nilsson.

The defense must stay healthy next year.

yeah he has too much on his contract to lose if he were to retire. I cant blame him for keeping it going. its too bad he really is a good goalie.

They said during warmups Dipietro would do twice the amount of stretching that Roloson did when he was their. I don't know which is worse the knee or the hip. All I know is he's never going to be the goalie he once was.
