If you look at pretty much all those teams they had future HOF/PB's.

There is a difference between being a contender and having one of the biggest turnarounds in NFL history.

I can sit here right now and guarantee these teams aren't contenders for the playoffs or make the playoffs:

Dolphins
Bucs

As much as I hate to type this: Eli Manning is probably going to be in the Hall of Fame.

Bruce Arians to the Bucs might also be the biggest coaching improvement in the whole league, too.

I'll be honest, it wouldn't shock me to see TB in it this year, at least for a while. I love Arians as a coach, and he's got the weapons in TB to suit his style of offense.

I will say that I do think Miami is the runaway favorite to get the top pick next year. Rosen probably only has about 3 or 4 games to prove he is a franchise QB and if he doesnt then I think Miami goes full on tank and loses every game.

The other two teams I would definitely give a punchers chance at making the playoffs. I don't think any of these teams can win a playoff game, however.

Tannehill got sacked on 11.3% of passes last year. Josh Rosen got sacked on 10.3% of snaps last year.

Rosen is probably going from the frying pan into to the fire this year.
