Welker looks like such a midget homo in that fool-ass hat of his but Brady's pink skinny-pants are so fruity! :L

Probably gloves of the fingerless variety… Because any fan of Tom's has to have a sense of fashion

If you really watch Rivers...I don't think anyone consistently fits the ball in tighter windows on down field passes. He's absolutely sick.

I was thinking he was losing/had lost that skill, but he had it in spades against the Hawks. That said, no, he's not the NFL's best QB.

Dude, I'm telling you...he's still sick. All that happened was Norv's offense quickly plays out when there's no real running game threat back there. Too many down field throws. If the play action and/or threat of the run isn't there to scare the defense, you can't expect a QB to consistently average 7-8ypa.

If I had to have one guy for one big game, all talent and coaching considered equal, he's my guy. That said, you're right, since after some point and time your stats are your stats and your record is your record, and even though it's a team game, it counts against you. So yeah, I understand someone saying Rivers isn't the best, but if you really know what your're watching, you have to admit that given equal circumstances, he's in the same breath with anyone.

Yes, nothing says winner like a guy whose played with at least 2 HOF'ers on offence, a probowl WR in vincent jackson......and some great Defences .....and won at least one time, or twice........whoops
if you're a great QB and have 2 HOF'ers on offense, regardless of position....plus have a pro-bowl receiver......... that means automatic SB winner

I'm a Skins fan so unfortunately I'm all too familiar with Norv. I like Rivers personally. I saw some post that said he had 1 good season followed by 5 bad ones or something like that. In his 8 or so years as a starter. I'd opine that he's had 5 really good years and the rest were OK. I did think he was starting to fall off in 12, but looking at his stats, he came back nice, real nice, in 13.

All things being equal including health. Rivers is a damn good pick imo to take for one game. I'd take Rodgers for sure over him myself, but after that its a toss up with Big Ben, Andrew Luck and Rivers all in the mix. And Rivers is definitely the choice far as QBs who aren't very mobile. I like how he handles and responds to pressure best out of all the immobile top tier QBs.

Just curious, and I honestly don't know the answer, but has there ever been a team that had 3 Hall of Famers on offense that didn't win a Super Bowl?

I guess the Bills would be the one clear example. Although I'm not sure Andre Reed is a truly Hall of Fame worthy guy.

good question. I know the vikes were an 0-fer in the superbowls, don't remember all of their offense though. Marino's Dolphins might be another team to research, but I am way to lazy LOL

Those Vikes teams were known for their defensive players. I think they had at least 2 or 3 defensive HoFers.

I'm pretty sure that Tark was the only offensive HoFer though.

Marino was definitely the only HoFers for that Fins offense. M&M were good but Hall of Fame good.

Of course without looking it up, there may have been a OL that got to the Hall with one of those teams.
