1.8 is the minimum GPA for student-athlete eligibility by the NCAA. VT has a minimum of 2.0 that you must maintain to stay eligible. basically, peppers would not have been eligible to play either bball or fball for the Hokies with those stats.
also, i noticed a class called "black experience" .... what do you learn about in that class? and what makes it hard enough to where you would get a D+, and a D in the second level of it?
I calculate a 1.08 GPA at the begining of spring 1999, based on "Quality" Points / "Quality" Hours. 1.43 heading into the fall of 1999. 1.36 at the start of spring 2000. How in the world is it even possible to be enrolled at UNC with these GPAs, let alone play scholarship football? The 1.84 is bad enough as a total GPA, but with those first three semesters, he never should have even played a snap.
