He’s not a great pass protector. For me he’s a RT prospect because of that.
Well Hartman didn't seen to have many issues.

Bottom line we never know one way or the other. And if we trade down like I am hoping we do he won't be there anyway.

I haven't watched draft film yet but the gist I'm getting is that the Penn St OT is the clear #1 with Alt and the Bama OT also first rounders. The gist I hear is that Latham has more core strength and that usually gets drafted higher so I could see Alt falling to third. That said....I kinda think all three are top 15 locks. After that, you see lots of good OL prospects but you aren't quite sure where and how they fit in. At least thats what Ive heard from the two podcasts Ive listened to so far.
Yeah it's a lot of hit an miss and as I stated I have not seen a lot of the PSU games but I too have seen him ranked 1,

Other than OSU and Clemson did ND’s schedule present great edge rushers like he will see in the NFL every week? I watch as much ND as you do and I wasn’t impressed. When you watched Zack Martin Ronnie Stanley and Nelson you knew those guys would be great pros. Not seeing it with Alt. Just my opinion.

Well again we have no way of knowing. And the pundits the prognosticators, the "Experts" know no more than we do. I like his size, and mobility, and wingspan for sure, he's nimble footed for a man his size, but again time will tell.

I wouldn't completely rule out a world where Jayden Daniels actually gets drafted before Alt.

I like Daniels and he seems to be climbing the charts. And IMO the type QB the Pats need to draft. We have got to adapt to the new NFL

Trade down? They're tanking their way up for Caleb/Maye.

It was very telling to see the Pats forego an easy FG early in the 4th, down 6. They want that top pick.
Yeah I think a lot of us, (Pats Fans) were pissed with that. WTH do we have to lose at this point?

This would be my preference
Would you trade up with Carolina for #1 to keep Chicago or someone else from trading up to grab Williams? I think ideally Carolina wants Marvin Harrison Jr, but would love to have some more assets without risking the opportunity to lose him.

Chicago owns the Carolina pick.

There isn't a viable QB on the current roster.
On our roster? Does not appear so. But in my very humble opinion Mac Jones has been screwed over by BB and the Pats. Three years, three OCs, one of which was a converted DC and no WRs. Jones again IMO is the type QB the Pats would trade, or cut and he could go on to have success with another organization. This team currently is a mess, a hot mess.

Oh yeah. I completely forgot about that. Good point. So what about Chicago doing the same thing? Trade down to 3 or 4 get more assets, and draft Harrison Jr. to help Fields out?
I'd say there is at least a 50% chance that the Patriots end up with the #1 pick. Their remaining schedule would be tough for any team
