It’s not government overreach that makes companies want their employees to behave professionally.Look at what I quoted and the post below yours

He's a dirt bag for banging an adult woman who happily consented to it?
Wow you have issues.
I think cheating on his wife is what does that
A lot of professional organizations would have fired both people immediately.Fair enough. Didn't realize he was married until after I commented. So the dirt bag comment is fair.
Suspension, on the other hand, seems ridiculous unless there's more to the story. The headline said "consensual".
Give us a break Q, your political and cultural world view is bizarreOdd take when
Whoring yourself out on OF and getting train run on into your 30s is considered “empowerment” and getting married and having a family is compared to a prison sentence

Again, in court it's not "consenting adults"... it's sexual harassment, hostile work environment, etc. It’s govt overreach for consenting adults
How do you know that a woman who agrees to sleep with her boss (after many sexual advances) only did it because she feared for her job.?
Or maybe she did it expecting a promotion without having to earn it.
.
Memo to everyone out there: Don't fuck your co-workers, especially if you are their direct colleague or boss. That never ends well, even if you don't get fired.
I happen to be married to someone I met on the job years ago, but we were young and neither of us had any real authority at the time. When you have a position of authority over other people in your workplace, you can't have sex with them, pretty simple.
It’s most certainly not just male behaviorWe need a return to the days when a man could sexualize women in the work place without repercussion.

Jason Alexander says to this day that was his favorite line and scene of anything he did on that showCan’t help but think of a Seinfeld episode, which happens a lot. George when confronted about having sex on his desk with the cleaning lady. “Was that wrong? Because if anyone had told me that sort of thing was frowned upon I never would have done it”. Lol.
Damn equalityWe need a return to the days when a man could sexualize women in the work place without repercussion.
Yep, the towel boy was included in these sexual activities. He used his towels to wipe the evidence then gave them to the players before games!!There has GOT to be more to the story than him simply sleeping with a female staffer. A year long suspension or a possible resignation? That's a huge deal. I have a feeling there will be many more details that come up later.
Didn’t The timberwolves fire the best gm they’ve had since the dude who assembled kg, spree and the alien for dipping his pen in the company ink?
Wait…you have choices and options with your employer? My 1st wife and I met at work and got married while working at the same place.
The company was really cool about it. They just said one of us had to move to a different department, gave us each a couple of choices and gave us a few days to decide. The only other "consequence" was it meant there was one department for each of us that we couldn't accept a promotion into.
I actually ended up switching because one of my choices was a department that I was already thinking about transferring to.
The existence of towel boys is a text book example of government overreach.Yep, the towel boy was included in these sexual activities. He used his towels to wipe the evidence then gave them to the players before games!!
Athletic teams hiring coaches is a clear case of government overreach.Yes. Tomorrow will be a year to the day when they fired Rosas and the woman he was banging (both also married).
Ukoda would be lucky to only get a year suspension over this. You can't do that if you have any authority over the other person that you are having a relationship with, it opens up a ton of lawsuit possibilities. A lesser coach is fired yesterday.
