Being proud of your team doesn't mean anything. I guess if it means you are going to be more productive going forward in your life because you feel you have something to live for in a creepy vicarious sort of way, then more power to you.

Nothing wrong with being proud of your team. Hawks lost to a better team today, but there's no shame in losing to Carolina this year. Definitely proud that the Hawks didn't fold after the first half. Only one team every year gets a trophy. Doesn't mean that fans of every other one of them need to be down on their teams and depressed and whatever.

No shame if you're a Seahawks fan. Just too many points to overcome after that horrible start, but a great comeback.

Probably a little gassed after last week's game and all the travel, while Carolina rested up.

Panthers were the better team today. As a Hawk fan I have no problem giving that team the props that they have earned. Really don't feel any shame about losing to the Panthers in Carolina today. Good luck going forward this year.

Nothing ever comes easy in this league. But I believe in Carroll, I believe in Wilson, and I believe in these Hawks. Not always going to take home the trophy; but I believe that they're going to consistently make a good hard run for it.

No quit in the Hawks and no shame on the loss. Congrats on another good year. Great second half today.

Eh.... it's a loss. Time to move on, and look forward to next season. I'd like to see Seattle heavily focus on LBer, Interior D-Line, O-Line, and spend money on these positions (and CB) while shaving the ham at RB (Lynch I'm looking at you), LB (Irvin, just doesn't fit.... great coverage, but cost will be too great cause someone will overpay), TE (Graham, assuming he succumbs to injury), and some O-Line (evaluating Okung or retaining for cheap).

Yep. I would rather see the Cards do it.

Actually me too. Every since it was clear the 9ers weren't gonna do anything this year (week2? 3?), I was sort of pulling for Az. I like a lot of your players and its sort of a underdog franchise in a sense.

Agree. The shocking part was the defense. The offensive struggles early didn't surprise me but for the defense to struggle so poorly for the entire half surprised me

Agree. That's what allowed the comeback against the Packers last year. The offense was terrible until the very end but the defense gave them a chance. To much to overcome today.

I'm proud of my Seahawks how they fought back in this game... Good luck Carolina in the NFC title game next week... Great win for you guy's ...

Great attitude, and you should be proud. Made a game out of it and made it to the divisional round. Fans of the Rain City Bitch Pigeons should hold their heads high. :)

In reality, the Hawks have been declining since their SB win. The loss in the SB last year and then the loss in the division round this year? In reality, they should have lost in the WC game. Although Wilson had a good second half, he is a big reason they were in that huge hole. I'm not so sure how bright the future looks.

I do not see Seattle declining... how is that?

Wilson locked up and all the key pieces on defense as well. Rawls looks like he could be a good one... need to address OL, but that has been their issue last couple of seasons.

I expect Seattle will still be playoff contender.... that is all you can ask for in NFC where no team has dominated getting to Super Bowl (unlike AFC being dominated by Brady, Manning and Big Ben for 13 years).

I don't undertsand how a veteran team can come out so flat. So frustrating.
I think that shitty grass had a little to do with it. Baldwin, Kearse and Locket were slipping on their cuts all day. I think there was a definite home advantage yesterday, and the Panthers had the right cletes on.
