Won't win 6 games.

No RB. Brutal schedule. Marvin and Mike. No CB's nor Safeties to speak of. Rey Rey is still the starter. Dalton can't throw further than 40 yards. The surprise element is lost. etc, etc, etc.

I fully expect this to be a very, very disappointing season. One of the worst in a while, actually.

Who let Bip back on the board?

And 9/11 was absolutely an inside job. There's no doubt about that. What that has to do with the Bengals (who haven't won shit in over 2 decades) I don't know. Maybe you can educate me, Bippy. Tell me why I should trust the Bengals after 2+ decades of absolute shit....under Mikey (worst owner/gm in all of sports) and Marvin (10 seasons of zero playoff wins yet still has a job). Go ahead...give me an intelligent rebuttal.

They have done nothing. Nor have the Reds...between these 2 sad teams they have combined for 38 consecutive seasons without a playoff win. 17 for Reds and 21 for the Bengals.

But, they had a pretty good draft and they have a Young QB, a really good WR, a good TE, good line, new RB, a great DL, and that is more than they have had in a long time.

Who knows. That being said the draft is all about adding legit talent and building the roster which they did this year. They keep drafting like that and they'll win a playoff game sooner rather than later. Overall, I gotta say I think the Bengals have done an excellent job over the past 2 years. They finally scrapped the 2005 model and got rid of Carson and Chad (that core was never going win anything). They started over with Dalton and all of the sudden have a ton of young talent on their roster. Things arent perfect but they're better than they have been in a long time.

What do the reds have to do with this? Everyone is aware of their record.

I liked the draft..... Seems promising. But judging by past history I'm trying to contain my enthusiasm.

They still have Marvin...

No other sensible way to approach it.

I'm sure a lot of the guys they've drafted over the last few days are better than the people ahead of them on the depth chart....and by week 14 when we're 4-9 they'll get a chance to start. Same old shit. Different year. I'd be absolutely gobsmacked if any of the players we drafted were allowed to start day 1....and that makes no sense at all.

Zeitler should start from day one. Why wouldn't he? He can't be worse than Livings was.

Why wouldn't he? Hahaha. That's precious.

Can't you just let me be delusional for now? It's still 4 months until I have to fully deal with being a fan of a team coached by Marvin.

Ok. I apologize. The Bengals are super awesome. Marvin Lewis has just had a run of bad luck. He's due to get his first playoff win here soon.
