My son has a golden. She is the most gentle, low keyed dog I have ever seen.

I have a golden. He's very smart but took forever to outgrow the puppy stage. Probably around 4 he started to mature and is a very good dog now.

Has a lot of allergies. They were very bad when he was a pup. He would get the shits if he got a hold of anything new. There were several nights I got woke in the middle of the night going "OMG WTF is that smell" and he would of shat all over the bedroom carpet.
Still very sensitive to fleas and of course is a flea magnet.
Think that there was some poor breeding in his line but he is a great dog now.

haha This is day 3 and he is a very good dog. I dont see any of the shepard in him tho so I think that he is just Lab and Mastiff. Or as it has been come to call a Mastador. After bouncing around name ideas I have landed on my original of "Burgess"

Oh and BTW he was a farm dog so he did have fleas and I have given him 3 flea baths and he doesnt seem to have them anymore.

Burgess gained 10 pounds in 2 weeks.... He is now 11 weeks and 17 pounds. Tom did you get you're pup?

No. My Son moved in for a while and he has a service dog. I can't train a pup when another dog is in the house.
