He has 2 string wide WR's. I believe none of them are good enough to even make the team of the Packers except maybe Boldwin. Combine that with a trash O-line, mediocre TE's and a conservative o coordinator that puts the Hawks in third and long consistently you have a QB that puts the team on his back (with Beast mode when in ("BEAST MODE").

You ever heard of marshawn lynch. He dominated, but Wilson did play well tonight. He did what he needed to do and their defense finished it off.

I don't feel bad for Russell, but you are completely right. Most people don't realize how weak Seattle's supporting offensive cast is. As i've linked to from SI, Wilson is the most pressured QB in the league(look at tonight...he was sacked or hit on a MAJORITY of dropbacks). The receivers aren't talented, but they play so damn hard. It's hard for me to hate on them, but it's probably about the twentieth best unit.

Wilson and Lynch are proof that of the value of a great QB+RB combo. The rest of that offense is about the 24th best, but those two alone make Seattle about the 8th or 10th best offense.

I wonder if he'll still feel bad for Wilson if the Seahawks win the Superbowl?

I addressed that in the OP. One player isn't enough for a QB. to properly operate a team on a playoff caliber level.

I predicted a the Hawks would win the SB this year and I would still feel bad for Wilson. Defense is more consistent than offense and that's why I picked the Hawks this season since they have the best D in the league.

Well I see we agree that defense trumps offense. Many feel different.
