They called one on a Florida offensive lineman, on what looked like a clean block to me against Georgia. Reviewed it and call said it was confirmed. First time I've seen targeting called on an offensive lineman blocking.

Those guys go helmet to helmet on every down. It'll get tricky if they start calling those...

I can't remember seeing a review overturn a targeting call. I'm sure it's happened, but it doesn't seem common. What's the point of reviewing? And then to factor in that even if it is overturned, the 15 yd penalty still stands. They just want to get it part right...

2nd guy hit late for sure. But also looks like maybe he was being thrown down.

If that kind of thing happens in the 2nd half, they should at least get the next game suspension lifted. Rather they didn't get called at all, but they could at least fix that part after the game.

I have yet to see one overturned. I think they did change the rule that they can remove the 15 yard penalty if it is overturned after review though.

I remember watching that live thinking "wtf are the refs smoking?!". They even reviewed it & apparently missed the O-lineman giving the defender a shove to the ground.

I don't know about targeting, that's bs... But it does appear when he was falling he saw where he was falling and tried to put a little extra weight in there... Unsportsmanlike if I were a MS fan, bs if I'm a Michigan fan, a laugh on the sideline if I were his teammate, 15 yards if I were a ref...
