Crazy ass game.
Some total dumb ass things happened for sure. Biggest one was the fumble. I don't blame the RB too much for it as the wetness and the other guy did a great job of stripping it. #55 for Cincy needs to be in a prison somewhere.
Porter should have gotten a flag too. It looked like he went out there to try to get exactly what he got.
And he almost did.Think about Burfict and how messed up he was in that game. If he wanted to hurt Brown he could have killed him
And he almost did.
Intent to injure was there. Bull Shit play by a total POS. It was as dirty as it was dumb. Players know the rules. Can't hit a defenseless receiver and can't go to the head. He did both and if you watched the game you knew he was looking for trouble the whole time. I was praying he wasn't touched on the INt and that it was going to be reviewed and called a safety to give Pitt the win. That would have been a fitting end to the game and to his season....
Pac MAn wasn't much better. Just keep your mouth shut and stay out of it, but no, these guys just have to stick there asses in the middle of everything. Well deserved loss for a few classless players. Feel bad for 80% of the Bengals players.
Others did more than Pac Man. I thought 95 was the one that should have been flagged if any. Pac Man has kept his nose clean for the most part for the past 5 yrs. Porter should not have been on the field. Burfict is a jerk no doubt and if you can believe this he was even worse in college. I can understand the first flag, whether I agree with it or not. The second one I really thought was bad. A real shitty way for a season deciding game to end.
You do know he slammed a guys head into a helmet, right???? He's a P.O.S
Not this game, but earlier this season. He hasn't behaved for the past 5 seasons. Granted he hasn't shot or had someone shot at a strip club.Who - Pac mAn. I only saw him push Porter
No way. He tenses his right arm for contact and lowers his shoulder slightly. He did exactly what he wanted to doWow , slow motion I swear I think he tried to avoid it.

and it should...progressive discipline...Maybe so. I think his past is weighing in on this some though
It's even more clear cut and bigger fine I guess, but sill the same 15 yards. Defenseless receiver and blow to the head are two pretty big "no-nos" in the NFL. Throw in leading with the head and you got the trifecta...What's different right now if he goes helmet first?

to be clear, I am absolutely stating there WAS intent to injure. It was a BS hit and he tried to hurt him. I said he tensed his arm, I didn't say that as anything other than proof he was preparing for an aggressive encounter, not trying to back off. He hit him with his shoulder, not his arm, correct?Exactly. Many are saying his intent was to injure. Why not just knock the hell out of him and be on every highlight film for NFLs biggest hits in history. He hit him with his arm. There has been a lot worse.
Are we talking about whether it was violent, whether it was a penalty or whether it was intent to injure. IMO it was clearly all 3. You watch that hit and think it's not violent? Watch Brown go down.Look, I like Antonio Brown a lot. Great WR. Very smart WR as well. It's football. I could be wrong, but I just didn't think it was that violent
