Never buy anything after the real money's been made. Only buy shit when nobody wants it, hold on to it until everybody wants it again.

Real estate is a good investment right now, but not where a pipeline's been the buzz for a few years.

Ok assuming this person is you, I would say the first thing you need to do (if we're talking six figures or something close) is hire a financial advisor and/or lawyer.
