I'll be watching the second half of the Wyoming/Nebraska game regardless of score. I want to see how the youngin's play.

At least there are some good games on earlier in the day, because I'm gonna be climbing the walls by 7pm Central waiting for the Huskers.

Folks, I have never missed 1 second of the Huskers in action.

And I mean that in live action. Never have I recorded a game because I couldn't be there to see it and then came back later and wartched. I just wouldn't be able to do it. I have that much of an obsession.

I don't know how in the hell any of you have ever done this.

Growing up, of course, I had to listen to several games on the radio.......because back then Nebraska was on TV about 4 times a season.

Still though, never missed a second of the radio broadcasts either........or the pregame shows for that matter.

Then i would take the Sunday paper and tape all of the articles to the walls.

Yep used to do the same exact thing. Just grillin' and throwin a football around. It was a lot better than just sitting by a radio in the house.

Yea we listened to games outside quite a bit. Especially when we played the Kansas, Oklahoma State, and Baylor's of the world.........you know, the ones we knew we would win but just didn't know if it would be by 50 points or 60 points.

Dad had a huge stereo system in the garage so he would crank the pregame shit as loud as it would go and me and my neighbors (who also happened to be my best friends) would sit out there and play football all day until the game started.

I DVR games and watch them on delay (not like hours but just long enough to fast forward through commercials). Call it almost superstitous. Been doing it since the Ohio State game in 2011. I was watching that game live and we were getting spanked. I just couldn't watch it anymore but had my DVR recording. After a cooling off period of 30 minutes or so, I came back and decided to watch. Low and behold the Huskers come through with the biggest comeback in Husker history.

oh i know..and I am also the ONLY person in the world that thinks the 2001 Nebraska team could have hung with the 2001 Miami team in the Orange Bowl, if not, for that stupid trick play on the first drive that blew our momentum.

actually, i watched the CCG live with family. can't remember what I was doing during the Georgia game. i think i might have watched that live too, also with some family. Both supporting my superstition that I should be watching this stuff tape delayed.
