This one dates back to last year. Incognito cut blocked smith on the same type of play that jets player did (forgot his name, but he was a husker too) that lead to Cushing tearing his ACL. That type of block has since been deemed illegal. So smith and incognito don't get a long to well

In this instance, incognito got away with a pretty nasty hands to the face, and smith just blew a gasket I guess. Pretty dangerous reaction from smith really. I mean if he had hit him with that helmet a concussion would be almost guaranteed and brain damage could have even happened. Dude needs to get suspended at least 4 games if you ask me.

yeah, one game is to little IMO

that being said smith does have NO history of these types of things. Still there is no room for shit like that in football. I'd personally like to see the texans suspend him at least one game on their own, and a fine should be levied IMO
