:noidea: Give em a call.

The text I got just said Omaha. They had two lines going fast. I was parked, in, and out in 5 minutes tops.

Their drive thru was blocked off and they aren't delivering so they've got an asssembly line rolling out beautiful sammiches.

10% tax? Holy shit the tax me state is living up to it's name.

Albeit, 9.25% here in TN but no income tax, $25 license plates and lower property taxes than I had in Nebraska 10-12 years ago on a house here valued at least twice as high.

Don't miss that about Nebraska at all.

Omaha added a 2.5% "Occupational Tax" aka the "Restaurant Tax" in 2010.

It costs me $550 a year to put plates on my 2009 pickup.

Of course we have the State Income Tax as well and property taxes through the roof.

I remember, I think my property taxes in Nebraska, on a $100K home, was well over $1200 over a decade ago.

I am $1080 on a $210K house here. That is county, add $47 a year to that for my city taxes which includes trash pick up twice a week.

edit: Plates are $25 no matter what (excluding commercial). You pay sales tax when you buy it and that is it. $25 is a registration fee.

When I was in Georgia they had an ad volorem (sp?) tax on cars that could be several hundred and it was due on your birthday every year. That sucks!!
