I made some good blue cheese burgers on the grill on Sunday..


I normally would mix the cheese into the meat... But the wife said let's try it with two thin patties... putting all the cheese on top of one.. and use the other patty and put it on top and press into one big patty...


You bit into it and the melted cheese just oozed out.. it was amazing... I ate the whole thing in about 3 minutes...

Actually, they dont really didnt have a gamey flavor. Taste just like chicken. I used the right amount of dried parsley and paprika. The trick is to after you stuff them with wild rice, you then put a half of lemon inside them. Fucking delicious!!!
