Houston won't be shipping anybody anywhere until July 10th and a signature on a contract by Howard. Otherwise, the dude may change his mind and Houston would be screwed. May be they'll have a new rule called the Howard rule. It would be that you can only change your mind once in a 5 minute period or the deal is nullified.
