Did not hear this during the coverage for the Combine this weekend, but the fastest 40 time in the history of the Combine was actually 4.13 seconds by Bo Jackson. Too bad I couldn't find any tape of him actually running it.

Human reaction times are about 0.1 to 0.2 seconds IIRC, so his time could be anything up to about 4.3.

Exactly. There's no possible way to know exactly how fast Bo was. But i'm not going to be the one to say Bo DIDN'T run a 4.13 because that man was a freak of nature.
