How long does Philly stick with Wentz before going back to Hurts?

Go read the articles to understand their misguided strategy. Listen to what everyone said when they drafted him. Schmoopy said it would be a 60 million dollar cap hit to move on from Wentz. You think that’s their plan.
well if it was this year I think it would have been a 72 mil. hit or something crazy.
You guys are married to Wentz like the skins are married to Alex Smith (only more expensive alimony)
Gives you guys probably 3 years of grooming of Wentz' replacement. probably be better if you stretched it to 4 years.
Then you could resign Wentz' replacement without spending top dollar before trading/releasing Wentz.

Good news is. He should get plenty of live action in those three years of grooming.

Wentz is gonna be around a lot longer then 4 years. Unfortunately for you

Speaking of the Redskins they have the talent to have the best DLine in the NFL

When you say around do you mean around the training tables, around the ice bath, around the surgeons, around the blue tent, around the locker room, around the recovery room, around the clipboard?

Oh ok then I understand

Horrible pick, YES. Nothing at all to do with Wentz though.

They want to run gadget plays but Wentz's health is a slight concern. If Wentz was a healthy QB, this pick would never have been made.

Thats is true. You have a point there. It’s more then a slight concern and can’t have a backup like last year.

Agreed the back up QB needs upgrade and a mid round pick would have been just fine. That 2nd pick should have been WR or CB.
