LOL at the usual shitheads when the topic is a 4th round QB from the same draft class as their QB.
I will take Dak for a 1000 alex!Who will be the Cowboys QB in 2021? Dak? Dalton? Foles? Cam Newton? Winston? Bridgwater? Bortles? Some rookie? Someone else?
and now the biggest shithead of all makes an appearanceWho will be the Cowboys QB in 2021? Dak? Dalton? Foles? Cam Newton? Winston? Bridgwater? Bortles? Some rookie? Someone else?
Realists know it's Dak or Dalton and draft pick.Who will be the Cowboys QB in 2021? Dak? Dalton? Foles? Cam Newton? Winston? Bridgwater? Bortles? Some rookie? Someone else?

The beauty of it all is Dallas has a full season to see how Dalton fits the mix before hand.
Who hijacked RTk's account?Even if it ends up being a full season it won't be anything close to a normal season. Might not even be much practice permitted for the Cowboys to see Dalton in during the season. They will get a good idea of him in the film room and how sharp he is though. I don't think the Cowboys have any future intentions with Dalton. He was brought in to be a backup, to be some sort of power play move by the Cowboys in negotiations (hasn't worked yet) and to be an insurance policy in case Dak held out.
If the Cowboys choose to let Dak walk or try to tag him with the intention of trading him and moving onto a new QB then I doubt that will be Dalton when they make that decision. That offense is too talented to waste on Dalton.
I agree Dalton was brought in case Dak sat, but you're crazy if you think Dallas or any other team in the same situation wouldn't see if they might just move on from one guy to another.Even if it ends up being a full season it won't be anything close to a normal season. If they are close in production and one wants 38M while the other is accepting 30M give or take a mil or two.
TBH, i think everyone whose not a cowboy fan. That would honestly be epic ally jerrah, and hilarious......I would LOL if Jerry let Dak walk only to pay Dalton $30M a year.
Yet Dallas was willing to make Dak the 2nd highest paid player. I think Dallas was more than fair and a lot more understanding of the contract situation than RJ Ochoa is.
I'm saying that with a year of evaluating Dalton at 30M give or take a mil or two , and if the team saw him as a short term answer along with a high draft pick it QB, might be a bettet answer than Dak at 38M.In theory, you may be right but if anybody pays Dalton anywhere in the ballpark of 30 mil, that team is F.U.B.A.R. If I am understanding where you are coming from @Manster7588 .
Not much longer apparently!
