Guys, this guy is out there as a college Defensive Guru, and his presence looms large. Reunite him in Dallas with Andy Dalton and Jerry Jones in a big market franchise that isn't afraid to spend to put the pieces in place, and I don't know if just wouldn't have another New England-esq type of situation on our hands. I would keep McCarthy on a VERY short leash this season.. A VERY SHORT LEASH
