How is Lane Kiffin able to get the recruits he gets, running the offense he runs?

And Kiffin's demeanor, what we see of it on television, is crap...he has no charisma and zero personality.

Norm Chow hasn't been there since approx. 2004. USC has had several top offenses since Norm Chow left, including with Lane Kiffin as co-OC with Steve Sarkisian!!

Now, if you want to talk about demeanor, etc. I have no idea what he's like when recruiting (USC players seem to really like him and claim he's actually pretty funny and has a good sense of humor), but publically he's bland at best, so I'd have to say that Orgeron probably makes up for alot.

And as others have said: "It's USC for cripes sake"!!

These 4-5 star recruits have nice weather, beautiful women, nice beaches, and the best of all the school will provide a nice pad for the recruit's parents to move in for free.
