This thread and some of the responses say otherwise. I think a lot of fans are making the assumption Mayock is making personnel decisions because of his GM title.

Like I said before, Mayock is a GM in title only. I think they got him just to protect Gruden but most people can see through the facade. It's Gruden's show all the way and the AB fiasco is Gruden's doing. Having said that, Mayock is a fucking moron for taking this shit job in the first place.
