How do I get recruits

I have the draft for the CBS league I play with a few people next Saturday and in order to make sure everyone got in, I made the league a private one. So I need five people to join. Where is a good place to ask for recruits.

Can't you open it up to public?

There might be some takers here. Not for me though.

No you have to pay on CBS for that.
