How can Kupp and AD still be on the roster?

I know they’re both owed a lot of guaranteed money but the money can always be worked out. They’re both over 30 but could still net a decent return in a trade. Do the Rams think they’ll become contenders again while Kupp and AD are productive players? Stafford is practically untradeable though.
