Rangers are rollin' right now!
Agreed, but the footwork was painful to watch at times

It will improve. Don't want him at 1b long term but he's brilliant as our lead off hitter, so whatever it takes.
HA! I figured that. It was just too good of a setup.
As long as he doesn't hurt himself figuring it out, I am cool with it. I hated playing 1B in rec leagues as a right hander, because it's awkward as fuck getting the footing right.
He's not gonna be starting at SS as a Ranger, so they gotta get him plugged in somewhere.Took me a couple reps to get my feet working right, but its not that tough with a little practice. Like I said before his value is more as a SS probably than anywhere else, so I don't want to see hime staying at 1B anyway
Problem is that is the only position available to him on the IF. Don't see any other solution at the moment.Took me a couple reps to get my feet working right, but its not that tough with a little practice. I disagree. I think there's better than a 50% chance Elvis gets traded this winter.

I gave up that dream long long ago...
I agree...don't give him away for anything less than Jose Fernandez. We'll see. We better not trade Profar though.

That guy is a stud.I agree...don't give him away for anything less than Jose Fernandez.
Bob and Ray aren't stingy. Elvis' contract won't be the reason they don't get someone...Choo and Prince though...Hard to bag on Elvis when he's playing good ball right now. I'd hate to see him go, but if it can free up some starting pitching money, then I say go for it.
As many of us have mentioned on this board the issue with trading Elvis is team chemistry. And the Rangers have some of the best chemistry. So I just cannot see him being moved. But between Profar and Andrus I want Profar.I disagree. I think there's better than a 50% chance Elvis gets traded this winter.
