Really curious how they handle the backup CF role esp when Choo comes back. If Hoying goes down for Choo, can Rua handle in emergency. Maybe have to give Des one day off before this happens

Desmond never gets a day off again until he starts slumping again
I guess I missed this. Did not know Tepesch opted out. Oh, well.
Zach Cone released, Nick Tepesch opts out
Well... agreed, but baseball isn't that simple
I'm thinking more form the perspective if he gets hurt in the 3rd inning of a game and needs to come out, what would be the play there?
Everyone but Cal Ripken needs a day off. Esp without a retractable roof

Yeah I was joking for the most part, he is probably past due for a day of rest anyway. I don't remember the last game he didnt play in, though they did just have thursday off. My guess if Hoying goes down and there is an emergency Rua would have to slide into CF, unless Choo was back and I only say that cause he's had some time in CF with the Indians, though I have no idea why
Yeah we have been fortunate with heat. I think they go the Rua route. If they do ther is no pressure to send down Profar
At least it's not Fielder and Mitch in the lineup at the same time.
Nice inning Colby
How's Delano doing in Round Rock? Anyone?
