Why does a poster have to mention Peyton? It Peyton charged here? Brady did mention Peyton and acknowledged Brady toom part in the effort to change the ruke in the appeal hearing. That should be sufficient.

The problem is with the people that don't understand the difference between Kballs and game balls. They are two completely separate issues in that email and the only attachment the Ravens have to that email is with the first issue brought up concerning the Kballs.

Sure, but I think we can infer from the email exchange that phone calls took place between the teams, and that the Colts were generally aware, that the Ravens were talking about all balls.
