I wasn't paying attention, but this wouldn't happen to be the same knee he has had trouble with before, is it?

Opposite knee this time. There are little details yet, but I doubt it's as bad as last time when he tore the ACL & MCL. And since this is his second time going through the rehab process, I think his recovery will be that much quicker.

I doubt this has much effect on his contract extension during the offseason.

Luckily the Cardinals have a lot of depth in the secondary. We basically play a 3-3-5 most of the game. Powers will slide inside & Bethel will start opposite of PP.

But losing a playmaker will hurt.

It happened at the end of the game when he made the interception. It was a non-contact play. As soon as he landed, he went to the ground.

That sucks. He really played his way out of rock bottom. I can't stand the cards but that really sucks to see after him turning things around.

Feared this when I saw the replay

Best of luck to him in his recovery and good luck to the Cards in his absence. They will miss his talent

that's a shame. He's one of the most natural football players I've ever seen.

He may be ready to play some time next November. He won't be full go til 2017.

This without question will hurt his wallet.

Figured. For all his good qualities, man, is Arians a buffoon.

Scratch harder and you might shake something back into place.

Leave in one of your most important players at a meaningless time of the game and watch him get hurt. Brilliant!

Yeah, because all starting players are always removed from lopsided games.

You're a moron.

So were in 2002 and an ACL still takes 11 months to heal? He could be ready for training camp if he choices. None the less it's a tough loss for the Cardinals and I feel bad for the kid.
