Given that he's 1-12 and has looked overmatched at times, I'm happy to see Hicks in there.

Where did he come from? I live in LA so I am not as privy to Giants broadcasts and Giants talk as I once was...and I had never heard of the guy prior to ST.

This kid has ARRIVED, just like the experts said he would. Any of us who were frustrated waiting for this just needed to be patient, good lesson for me at least because I was starting to wonder...

I found it interesting that there was a Bonds-like buzz when Belt came to the plate. We are coming to expect Belt to do something spectacular when he's up there.

He just might earn all of those all star votes this year!
