OK I will admit, Colt Mccoy showed up. Defense showed up when we needed. Season isnt quite over yet.

And... I get to rub it in my bosses face. :)

I had to wait to make sure I wasn't dreaming. Good game by the skins for sure. I was impressed tonight but if they play like shit against Minnesota on Sunday I'll be pissed. This team better be 4-5 after next week.

I work with a lot of people suffering from NBTD Syndrome.

I'll enjoy mocking them for losing to a team as lousy as us tomorrow.

Looks like Romo is getting an early start on December this year. ;)

Kev... Something tells me Haslett has a bit of confidence in our young corners and we will see alot more of the defense we saw tonight. Every game now is a must win, so it should be interesting going forward.

Amerson and Breeland played balls out tonight. Hell Name the last game where they didn't get beat deep for TD? Minus the blown coverage on Witten that was the best that D has looked in a long time. HTTR

Now if Chase could step up into the slot corner spot, all we would really need to worry about next year is the safety positions. At least as far as the secondary is concerned.

Breeland was the star of the game. We may be turning a corner with our secondary. We still need safeties that can tackle. God we suck at tackling. Keenan played a good game, for that matter Riley had some good plays. We have a nucleus of 8-10 young players that are pretty darn good and a good building block for the future.

We won on MNF
Haslett called a great game
Perry Riley was excellent in coverage and closed the door on the final drive in OT
Breeland won his battle with Dez

What the Hell is going on here?????

Well my ex wife, who is a Cowboys fan (went to high school with Emmit Smith) texted me that even a blind squirrel finds a nut every now and then. While thats true, and we could go back to our dysfunctional old selves next week, nothing is sweeter than beating the Turds on MNF in their house!

That said, where was this game plan all year Haslett? That game plan forces other teams to beat your blitz, and if Romo couldn't do it, why were we so afraid to do it vs Eli, or vs Carson Palmer, or vs R Wilson? I'd be fine with giving up a few big plays per game if we play stifling, aggressive, harassing defense the rest of the game. Come on Has, don't go back to the old soft stuff. Keep on being aggressive and we just may start winning a few more games.

HTTR!!!! Its going to be a great week!

You could tell that the defense was dialed in and playing coordinated well-timed football. Our lines held, because we played as a team. We got D-line push, as a team. Theres a lot to be proud about in that last game.

Haslett almost fucked it up though, because he stopped blitzing when Weeden came in. I was cussing his ass out the whole time. If he had blitzed Weeden, game, set, match.... No need for OT.
