I would be cool with that if he leaves the current defensive staff intact and doesn't want control over personnel.

But being one of the highest paid coaches in the college ranks would definitely massage his ego. Money is not everything, but it sure speaks loudly.

It would message his ego but also hurt it because he wont be coaching with the BIG boys anymore plus his brother has a superbowl and Pete Carrol has one.
