I was surprised that Finnegan was fined. I was more surprised that Hayes was fined.

A bigger surprise was to find out that Jay Cutler was once fined for hitting an opposing DB with a football. The biggest surprise was finding out that this has apparently only happened once!

Fines mean nothing in the NFL, when is everyone going to realize their fining system is completely unexplainable? Clay Matthews got $15k for diving out of bounds at Kaep, guys have gotten more than that for wearing the wrong socks! RG3 got most of that for wearing Reeboks!
