I haven't visited a Cowboy board in awhile, but I am sure there have been discussions about that very topic at times.

Probably way more heated debates on the dumbest shit relating to the Cowboys than we have here. Common sense flies out the window during most Cowboys discussions sadly.

You know it's funny I have been just about as big of a Cowboys fan over the years as I have been a Rangers fan and I have never had a desire to discuss the Cowboys on boards like this.

The NFL attracts a different type of fan, so the level of discourse is just not there. And I say that with Football being my second favorite sport. Baseball takes patience and some thought, because it's 162 games. That's not to say there is not good conversation. It just gets drowned out by the boorish "cowgirls" nonsense from morons.

The Cowboys board in the football forum here is pretty good, aside from the occasional dumbass Redskins and Eagles fan that pops in to say something dumb. There are some good posters over there

You can always teach non baseball people the game, but it's a hell of a lot harder to teach baseball people law and economics I would bet.

Since June 29th the Rangers are 22-25. So their record may be a bit inflated as well. Pretty much comes down to the offense. We just haven't been hitting the ball and scoring runs for almost 2 months now. That has to change if we want to play October baseball and do well when we get there.

We have had a drop off offensively esp re Mazara, Profar and Des. We lost Choo too so there has been huge cumulative offensive hit. Hope we can regain some of that back in September
