Harrison should get in, IMO. He had many sacks/interceptions...I don't know how many, but he was one of the few who had a lot of each.
Rodney's problem is the safety position has always been undervalued by the HOF voters and so there are a lot of other safeties as good or better than him that have not gotten in yet. I could see his rep as a dirty player hurting him with the voters, as well (not wholly dissimilar to Charles Haley, who was both a better player and has more rings than McGinest and thus far has not gotten voted in).
