Our hitters miss hanging meat pitches way too often. They just do. That pitch that Beltre just weakly popped out would have been crushed by him as recently as 2 seasons ago.

These hacks get blown up by just about every other lineup, but they come in against us just painting the corners and throwing the nastiest pitches.

Yeah, but this team is as bi-polar as it gets. Just when they look unbeatable, they drop 3 or 4 in a row in awful fashion. Then, just when they look totally lost, they show up and hang 10 runs on a team. We're due for one of those.
