You know, Gormley could have been a Calgary Flames prospect, but instead the Flames have the stone cold hands of Olli Jokinen.

Interesting. I didn't realize until now that pick was part of the trade.

I think the Kings will send/allow Schenn to go. In fact I feel they are waiting for the chance to send him. They have played him 8 games in the NHL and a few in the AHL (there is a never before used loop hole) and are not playing him tonight. so they have one more game before burning a year on his ELC. He has nothing to prove at Jr and he can't go to the AHL (even though he did). The Kings will send him to the WJHC and then they must decide.

Dave, Linden Vey (4th round pick of the Kings in the '09 draft) is on fire playing alongside Emerson Etem.

I'm looking forward to seeing how Jared Cowen is progressing for the Senators. Judging by his numbers, he's really picked up hi offensive game.

If he can improve his skating the Sens could have a top tier D-Man.

Also interested in seeing this Ryan Murray kid. Not draft eligible until 2012 and already invited to the WJHC tryouts. For a defenseman that is an accomplishment in itself.

Guy's been great for the Chiefs so far this season. It looks like he's put his knee injury and disappointment about not making the Sens this season behind him. The man-child (as he was known during the Chiefs' run to the Memorial Cup in 2008) has returned.

That's really good to hear.

The Sens might have room for him now. :L
