It's my favourite international penalty (two minutes for hitting too hard/making too much noise).

The ref is starting to lose control of this game as things are turning a tad nasty...

6-3 final for Russia and the series is even at 1-1. Post-game, Canadian coach Steve Spott was unhappy with his team's discipline:

markhmasters: Canadian coach Spott: 'Guys were very, very selfish when it came to discipline & it's going to have to be addressed'

Pretty good game in Halifax tonight (4-4 after 40 minutes).

/Canada was down 2-0 and 4-2 only to rally twice to tie...

Charles Hudon (Habs draft pick 5th round 2012) is not a big guy, but he looks pretty good tonight.

Yes, weren't there three 6-5 games about 25 years ago?!? Hawerchuk to Gretzky to Lemieux, that's a pretty good line.

Is Henrik Samuelsson on team Sweden? If so, Max should have finished what his father started.

"Where is the fruit and hair dryers?"

/Subban between the pipes for Canada tonight.

Canada wins 4-2 in regulation to tie the series, then Strome scores 3:20 into OT to give Canada the win in the Canada - Russia challenge.

What a bizarre format that was. Canada needed a win in regulation in order to force overtime.

That's likely the only time Huberdeau would be cheered in Halifax.
