Feely was said to have lost distance and hang-time on kick-offs but that doesn't really matter all that much having Martin on Kick-offs.

Found a link. Worst FG team in NFL history was the 83 Bills/Pats with a 33% FG rate. Lions on pace to be worst ever.3
