I was watching Undisputed today with Shannon Sharpe and Skip Bayless...not gonna lie, not a fan of either, and detested Skip with Stephen A., but I found it very entertaining this morning.

I am having a WTF moment...does anybody watch this regularly, am I having a bad trip this morning or is Skip actually tolerable on this show.

So, one of the topics they discussed was the Heisman...which they were arguing between Tua and Jalen. Either one would be ok with me. Jalen has a made for tv story of redemption, Tua has the opportunity for a couple of Heisman moment games. Is this a two horse race or is there some Yankees that want to get in on this action?

I want Jalen to win the Heisman, beat Alabama in the final and then bitch slap Saban at the 50 after the game. Would be epic and make me smile.

I don’t see how they could keep Jonathan Taylor out of the conversation. He has 11 tds thru 3 games and is on pace to break 2,000 yards again on the ground and already set a career high in receptions this year thru 4 games.

I think Ohio State might keep him out of the conversation. Time will tell.

Wait...how does this jinx thing work...does this mean we are going to win and Tua gets the Heisman?

Wisky has played 4 games.

He had 2,000 yards and 13 TD's in 2017 - 6th in Heisman
He had 2,200 yards and 16 TD's in 2018 - 9th in Heisman

Won't happen. A QB will win it without a doubt. He isn't even leading the B1G in rushing. Chuba Hubbard has over 300 more all-purpose yards than Taylor as well and 10 TD's.

Tua still jas to get through some tough games but 1,700 passing yards and 23 TD's (25 total TD's) and 0 int's with 225 Qb rating is pretty crazy.

Hurts is playing unbelievable as well.

1,300 yards passing yards, 12 TD's 1 INT with a higher Qb rating 249.9
Also, rushing for 440 yards and 5 TD's.

To compare:

Justin Fields is having an insane year and his numbers aren't close.

1,100 passing yards 16 TD's 0 INT's with ONLY a 194 QB rating. 220 rushing yards and 7 TD's.

The Heisman has become the Johnny Unitas Award for underclassmen.

There is no way you can tell me that the best football player is seemingly always a quarterback.

It's basically Tua and Hurts throwing rocks at each other.

I know you want Taylor to win, but he hasn't been the best running back. Hubbard has been mowing fools at Oklahoma State.

Taylor isn't even the best football player on the team. 2 OL are outgrading him.

Performance against Michigan by Jonathan Taylor is probably the most impressive game out this group so far

Chuba deserves the HT simply for having to go through life named Chuba.

His parents deserve to be bitchsmacked.

All will be judged by bigger games, as they should. (BTW, Burrow has crazy stats as well.)

Tua’s best trait so far is he has cut out the trying to be a hero every play. That stuff led to the injuries last year.

Taylor already had his bye week. Plus he only played 1/2 a game in week 1 and 2 in blowout wins.
So I’m sure quite a few have more yards than him now. He is on pace for 35 tds right now. If he hits 2,000+ with that many TD’s, he will definitely get a lot of votes.

It is a long season though, so a lot can happen.
