Wentz is no longer the athlete he once was -- he's completely immobile.

Heinicke has functionality mobility in the pocket and knows the offense. Hence, throwing with anticipation.

Wentz is more talented. Yet the talent can't shine within the current structure.

Never fk with a streak in any sport, so you stick with Heinicke until he gives you a CLEAR reason not to. That said, I would like to see Wentz on the active roster as the number two on gameday.

The qb situation is a conundrum. Heinicke has probably earned himself two losses before he's benched. Thing is, two losses could probably end the season depending on when the losses occur and who those losses come against.

I did say it was wet. I get it. I do remember Rypien throwing 16 for 31, 442 and 6 tds in the seat cushion game. The weather was pretty crappy that day as well. Tough comparison, but it can be done. Love Heinicke. I really do, but I need more than 34 yards passing in a half vs the 32nd ranked pass defense in the league. That all I'm saying.

OK, yeah I remember now. Something to the effect of, "That leadership stuff is overrated. If you win everything is alright" or something like that. After he was benched going 0-2 to open up the 01 season. My son and I went to the game against Dago to open up the season that year. The Skins lost 30-3. As disappointing as that and the 37-0 MNF ass whipping was in week 3. I wasn't really surprised. George was never gonna work out as Marty's QB. Marty had total control over football personnel and football matters so I never understood why he retained George.

Alex Smith didn't produce good number in Washington but he won more than he lost. TH is much the same. Fuck fantasy football, I would rather have guys who win games. Even if they appear to be flukey or ugly wins, it takes a lot to win 10 of 14 games. Give the man some credit.

TBH…I know we aren’t going anywhere with TH. We could possibly win a playoff game. Part of me does hope we go back to CW, not because I expect him to win. I just want people to see how bad THE TEAM is with him under center. Now don’t get me wrong, he may have a good game that deceives you; however, he will lose at a higher rate.

I know people are upset that TH didn’t destroy Atlanta but Carson Wentz didn’t even throw for 100 yards against Chicago. The defense and run game had to carry us in that game too. We managed to score 12 points, 7 of which came on a two play, 6 yard drive, both handoffs to BR.

Most teams realize that and have moved on from the Wentz's of the league. Wentz was a castoff from a mediocre team that couldn't make the playoffs. FO were fools to make that trade.
