Maybe they plan to hire Witten and make Schottenheimer OC? Ridiculous. Why bother hiring a new coach if he can't bring in his own staff? Might as well have kept Mac

This is all part of Jerry's world. He craves attention and lots of it. Even negative attention will do for him. It's like rinse and repeat. He been hiring coaches this way ever since Jimmy left. there is always one coordinator remaining from the previous staff. Or he hires an OC first and then the HC. At what point does he not look in the damn mirror and say "hey, this is not working"?

But it is really hard to understand how we had a coaching staff in 2022 with Mac as HC, Kellen Moore as OC, DQ as DC and Schottenheimer as...Coaching Analyst??...and next year the top 3 guys are gone and you roll with Schotty
