You really see that? I admittedly haven't watched as many Sens games as you (Not as much hockey this year overall, actually), but the ones I've seen him he's seemed lazy and uninterested. Certainly didn't look to me like a kid fighting for a spot. Almost like a kid expecting one.

Nowhere near the crapshoot drafting is. At least with an UFA you know the guy has (or had) NHL chops.

Watching the game right now and the Threah announcer hust said that Murray said he's "committed to getting that top six forward via free agency".

Absolutely. He will be a poor man's Mike Fisher. Doesn't have the wheels, but has the willingness to battle hard.
