I agree, regardless of the last game we played against Minnesota, I just don't think Bridgewater is good enough to beat this defense

I'm perfectly fine with it being the Vikings rather than Washington. I didn't particularly like the idea of the Hawks playing on that Slip 'n Slide they call turf over there. I also feel pretty good about our chances in Minnesota given how the first meeting of the season went. That doesn't mean that it'll go exactly the same way this time (I'm sure Peterson will carry the ball a lot more next week than he did the first time), but I still feel good about it.

By means of win-loss records, Washington would be ideal, but since we knew how to handle Minnesota last time we played 'em, I'd lean more towards them.

Possible but unlikely. Neither the Seahawks or the Pack are favored this weekend and with good reason. Carolina and Zona are #1 and 2 for a reason.
